Coach Lucy HQ Policies 

 As members we ask that you make yourself aware of the following polices and procedures before using the gym. 

 Membership 

 At Coach Lucy HQ, we aim to provide flexibility and clarity for our members. Our policies are as follows: 

 1. Membership Types: - Monthly Membership: Recurring payments each month. - Drop-In Passes: One-time payment for individual sessions or classes. 

2. Billing Policy To ensure transparency, the following payment policies apply at Coach Lucy HQ: 

 A) Membership Payments: Monthly membership fees are due on the [specific date] each month. Drop-in passes must be paid in advance. 

 B) Late Payments: Payments not received within 7 days of the due date will incur a £10 late fee.

 3.Cancellation / Notice 

 Please be reminded that Coach Lucy is a small local business and as such adherence to the following terms allow us to offer all clients the best possible experience with the highest standard of instruction and equipment. 

 Members must provide 30 days' notice in writing to cancel their membership. Any payment due within this notice period must be paid in full. Members will retain full access to their membership benefits until 30 days after their final payment. It is not possible for members to “freeze’ their membership unless under exceptional circumstances / il health and as agreed with Coach Lucy. 

 4. Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable unless for medical emergencies or relocations, with supporting documentation required. 

 Health and Safety in HQ 

 Health and Safety Standards At Coach Lucy HQ, the safety of our staff, instructors, and members is paramount. 

 1. Health Screening: All members must complete a health screening questionnaire before participating in classes or using gym facilities. It is the responsibility of staff and instructors to ensure members adhere to their declared health conditions. There is a duty on members to declare any health conditions that may affect their use of and participation at the gym. 

 2. Equipment Maintenance: Instructors and members must report faulty or damaged equipment immediately. All equipment must be cleaned and sanitised after use by instructors (contracted and freelance) 

 3. Emergency Protocols: Familiarise yourself with fire exits and evacuation procedures. First aid kits are available at [front desk]. Report injuries to management promptly.

 Liability and Insurance Policy - 

 Public Liability Insurance Coach Lucy HQ holds public liability insurance to cover injuries or accidents on our premises. However: 

 1. Member Responsibility: Members participate at their own risk and must inform staff of any pre-existing conditions. 

 2. Instructor Coverage: Freelance instructors are encouraged to obtain their own liability insurance for additional protection.
