Strength, Sweat & Stretch 45-minute coached sessions Come experience what training at HQ is really like. 

We’re running special Open Training sessions with two of our HQ coaches in every class, a mix of strength + cardio + stretch, and the full HQ atmosphere.

 Smoothies & nibbles will be available after your session, with Wrong DJ Nikki bringing the vibes

Session Times (45 mins) 7:00am 8:00am 9:00am 10:15am 11:15am 

All abilities welcome. We’ll tailor options to suit you.

Stretch finish (mobility + reset)

After Your Class Stick around for smoothies, nibbles, and a chat with the coaches. 

You’ll also be able to pick up a week’s pass or ask more questions so you can come back and experience HQ properly.
