12Ks, Christmas Spirit & Finding Calm in the Festive Chaos 

We’re already into our second week of December, and HQ has been absolutely buzzing with energy, movement, and Christmas spirit. It’s been so lovely to see the HQ busy, festive, and full of familiar faces as we move deeper into the most magical (and often busiest!) time of the year. 

🎄 12Ks of December – Smashing It! This week we kicked off our 12Ks of December run club challenge, and wow the team has been incredible. Behind every door is a new kilometre target, and you have all risen to the challenge with such determination and positivity. 

A huge shoutout to: ✨ Natalie, who has taken on every single day of the challenge so far incredible consistency! ✨ Sandra, who has committed to a 5K every day throughout December such an effort. We are genuinely so impressed by everyone taking part, whether you’re running every day or fitting in what you can around busy schedules. Every kilometre counts, and the support you’re showing each other is what makes this challenge so special. 

✨ Busy Days & Festive Moments December can feel overwhelming, diaries fill quickly, to-do lists grow longer, and time seems to disappear. But we hope you’re still finding those small moments of calm amongst the chaos. This week, we loved heading out for some Christmas shopping around town. What a lovely experience it was to shop locally, support small businesses, and enjoy a calmer, more relaxed way of getting Christmas gifts sorted. Yes, sometimes there’s a cost to convenience, but there’s also so much value in protecting your energy, avoiding the stress of busy shops, and supporting businesses right here in our town.

We’re sending you that little extra boost of strength to carry you through whatever this week holds.  🎬 Film Night at HQ This Friday! A little festive reminder that it’s Film Night at HQ this Friday! Come along, get cosy, wear your Christmas jammies or best festive jumper, bring the little ones, and enjoy a classic Christmas film with us. There’ll be delicious hot chocolate and all the cosy vibes as we fully welcome the festive season, with school finishing and Santa just around the corner.
