We completely forgot to do our usual end-of-week recap on Sunday ... but we just wanted to drop in and say we hope everyone had a lovely bank holiday weekend and that your week is off to a great start so far ☺️ 

Firstly, a HUGE well done to everybody who took part in the Edinburgh Half Marathon and Marathon this weekend 👏 

We are especially so, so proud of our very own Nicola Dodd who completed the Edinburgh Half Marathon on Sunday 🥹💙 

What an absolutely amazing achievement and wow… what a HOT day for it too ☀️

It’s been another lovely week already at HQ with lots of good energy in sessions, plenty laughs and lots of hard work getting done 👏 Friday Night Lights last week genuinely felt like one of the BEST ones we’ve had in such a long time ⚡️ The energy in the room was absolutely electric and we cannot wait to do it all again this Friday 🙌 So let’s get booked in and we’ll see you there 👀 

It’s also been really nice to get back into the swing of things after being away for a wee break, so thank you again to the girls for holding the fort whilst I was away 💙 

This Saturday will also be Niamh’s final sessions with us at HQ before she moves onto her next chapter, so we’d absolutely love to see as many of you in as possible for one last HQ hurrah together ☺️
