What a week it’s been at HQ  

We’ve had so many special moments to celebrate, starting with recognising our Member of the Month, Angela. An absolute OG and the heart of so many of our sessions, this recognition couldn’t have gone to a more deserving human. We’ve also been celebrating the arrival of the gorgeous baby Anneline, welcoming Fraser and Uné into this very special new chapter 💕 Such lovely news to share.

February birthdays have been coming in strong this week too 🎉 

This week has also felt brighter in more ways than one. The days are stretching out, the light is lasting that little bit longer, and there are hints of spring starting to show more greenery, new growth, and leaves beginning to push through again. And honestly, it feels like that mirrors how many of us are starting to feel too. I hope you all managed to soak up some of the glorious sunshine that Friday brought, and that you headed into a lovely Valentine’s weekend glowing whether you celebrating with loved ones, your gals for Galentine’s, your boys, or simply sharing a little love with yourself. We’re sending lots of love your way from HQ 

Our classes have been busy, the atmosphere has been buzzing, and it’s been amazing to see so many of you grafting hard and showing up for yourselves and each other. Here’s to another great week done, after a fabulous weekend, and lots of exciting things to look forward to in the coming weeks. We can’t wait to share more with you soon ✨
