As we wrap up another week at HQ, we just want to say how great it’s been to see so many of you back in, carving out time for yourselves and bringing such a lovely energy into sessions. 

As we come to the end of the week, we also wanted to share that there’s been lots of exciting things happening behind the scenes at HQ. A huge thank you to you all for welcoming Miriam into the team with so much love and kindness, it’s meant a lot to us, and to her. We’re so excited to have her on board and to bring her experience and expertise into HQ as we continue to build an even better service for you.

HQ feels so supportive this week, with people moving with intention, encouraging one another, and making the most of their time in this space, exactly the kind of environment we’re proud to create together. 

Thank you, as always, for showing up, supporting one another, and being part of what makes this place so special.
