Mixing it up May 🌊💙 

Another huge week at HQ and the energy across the gym has honestly been brilliant. 229 total session attendances this week 👏

It’s been so nice seeing familiar faces returning back into routines.

One of the standout moments this week had to be Thursday night Build & Box 🥊 That class absolutely buzzed from start to finish. Loud music, busy floor, hard work and loads of laughs exactly what group training should feel like. 

We’ve also loved welcoming some new faces into HQ this week too 💙 A massive shoutout as well to everybody continuing to train through busy schedules, injuries, work stress, races, parenting and all the other life stuff that happens in the background. Sometimes just getting through the door is the biggest win. 

May programming is now well underway and we’ve started introducing some new structure into sessions with more strength focus, progression work and skill development mixed into the weeks 👀 

Also… there’s a brand new recipe now live on the app 🍴 Sticky Chilli Chicken Mince Stir-fry from Coach Lucy HQ kitchens this week and honestly… it’s a good one 🌶️🔥 

 Troon 10K week is finally here 🏃‍♀️🍕 Pizza ordered. Drinks ready. Questionable running legs pending.
