Autumn reset Week 5

It’s been another busy week at HQ, and it’s been so great to see so many familiar faces back in again after some time off. We know that getting back into routine can sometimes feel like the biggest hurdle. When you’ve been away for a while, you almost forget the rhythm of it all packing your gym clothes to take to work, setting that early alarm, and pushing yourself to get it done before the day begins. 

So, as we start a new week, here are three reminders of why we move and exercise:
