Our final end-of-week recap for July

 July has brought us so many lovely things mainly sunshine for such a long period of time, although it does feel a little bit like a distant memory after it disappeared on us this week.

We crowned our wonderful Members of the Month, Bill and Pauline, and welcomed our wee kids’ room, which really has gone down an absolute treat over the school holidays. Mind & Body Bingo is back, and you’ve all been busy ticking off your squares each week. 

Loads of you have also been celebrating reaching 100+ sessions at HQ, and we enjoyed a lovely Wellness Wednesday walk down at the beach while the sunshine was still with us. Speaking of celebrations, we also celebrated Coach Claire’s big 40th birthday with lots of lovely birthday wishes and celebrations for her.

It’s been so great to see everybody working so hard throughout July. We know it can be such a busy month, with so many of you juggling work, childcare, holidays and everything else that life brings, while still trying to squeeze in a little bit of time for yourself. We applaud you immensely for continuing to show up and fill your own cup whenever you can.
