September Stories

Lucy Thomson. 26 September 2026

Another week done, and somehow we’re heading into the final few days of September.

Thank you to everyone who’s been in this week. It’s been a wee bit quieter, with lots of you away soaking up the last of the sun. We hope you’re getting some rest and downtime, or at least enjoying being kept on your toes by the kids in a slightly warmer climate.

A big thank you to Coach Claire and Lola for helping me hold the fort while Maya and Miz have been on their holibobs. I know you’ve missed their faces, but it’s been lovely having Claire in with us too. Six days of sessions, keeping the gym clean and all the other wee jobs that go on behind the scenes apparently take a bit more out of me than they used to. Must be my old age. Only joking…

Maya is back to take you through the rest of this week’s sessions while I head up to Inverness with Brier and Aeden. Aeden and his friend Ryan are running the Loch Ness Marathon on Sunday, and Aeden is raising money for Endometriosis UK. He’s already gone well beyond the target he set himself, and we’re getting close to £800, which is just brilliant.

We’ve shared the donation link on Facebook, but give us a shout if you’d like us to send it over. If you can spare the price of a coffee or a wee sweet treat, we’d be so grateful.

Have a lovely weekend, everyone. Next week we’ll close out September with our Reset Week: a chance to see where we’re at, think about what we’d like to work towards, and head into October with a bit of fresh focus.

Have a great weekend.
