Autumn reset Week 7

What a week, It’s been so good to see so many of you getting your workouts in, showing up, and keeping that consistency going. The gym has been full of energy, determination, and plenty of familiar faces getting back into routine, exactly what we love to see. 

Now that the clocks have changed, they bring brighter mornings but darker evenings, so as the nights draw in, keeping that structure and movement routine becomes even more important. We get the gym clothes out, fill up the water bottles, grab the coffee, and show up. Staying consistent through the winter months makes all the difference, because we know how much exercise improves everything we do. 

This Friday night we also had our Halloween Film Night, and what a fun evening it was! The film didn’t quite go to plan (technology, eh?), but the atmosphere, laughter, and good company made it a fantastic night regardless. It’s always such a joy to come together outside of training. 

A huge thank you as well to everyone who has taken the time to fill out our member feedback survey. Your input means so much to us. Over the next few days, we’ll be going through all the responses and sitting down as a team to celebrate the positives and identify any areas we can keep improving on. We really value your honesty and your support it’s what helps us continue to make Coach Lucy HQ the best it can be.
