Closing the Chapter on October & Welcoming Nourish November 

As we close the chapter on October and move into an exciting Nourish November, it already feels like the end of the year is picking up speed. With only four weeks in the month, it’s sure to fly by so let’s make the most of it. We’re holding onto those little moments that make this season special watching fireworks light up the sky, enjoying a favourite pumpkin spice latte, or treating ourselves to a cinnamon bun from Bloom. 

As the days grow darker and the daylight feels shorter, we encourage you to get outside whenever you can. A lunchtime walk at work or a quick stroll at home can make all the difference. We know how hard it can be to pull yourself away from the comfort of home on dark mornings or evenings, but even a little fresh air helps lift energy and mood. 

This month is all about nourishment not just through the food we eat, but in how we move, rest, and connect. It’s about finding balance as we move closer to the festive season, and giving yourself what you need to feel grounded, healthy, and well. 

To kick off the new month, we’re setting a new challenge: 

3 Stars and a Wish ... a classic teacher task with a Coach Lucy twist.
