this week has shown exactly what progress really looks like.
Not just big sessions or PBs but the smaller moments that add up:
✔ Showing up when you didn’t feel like it
✔ Finding another way when you couldn’t make it in

A lot of people said they either forgot about, or weren’t sure what our on-demand sessions were.
So just a reminder your membership goes beyond HQ.
