As we wrap up our final full week at HQ, we just wanted to pop in with a little end-of-week hello.
Although this is our last full week, we are still running sessions right up until Christmas Eve, closing at 11:00am on Tuesday 24th December. If you can squeeze in a visit before then, it would be so lovely to see some familiar faces.
🎄
Tonight is our Christmas Film Night!
We’re so looking forward to a cosy evening with you all.
🕡 Kicking off at 6:30pm tonight (Friday 19th December)
Pop on your Christmas jammies or festive cardigan, bring your favourite festive mug, and we’ll fill it with delicious hot chocolate. We’ll also have cookies and popcorn ready for a snug night in 🎬☕🍿
As we edge closer to Christmas, we know how busy life becomes. With work winding down (or ramping up!), lists getting longer, and plans filling up, it can all feel a bit overwhelming.
We hope you’re managing to find those little pockets of joy amongst the busyness, enjoying a change of pace, a different routine, and seeing faces you don’t always get to see.
While we adore having you in at HQ, we completely understand that this time of year doesn’t always allow everything to fit neatly into the schedule. Please know there’s never any pressure and we look forward to seeing your lovely faces again very soon.
💙 This week we sent off our donation to Parkinson’s UK following our raffle at the Christmas Markets thank you so much to everyone who donated. We were delighted to send over £150 in support.
You may also have noticed that we haven’t handed out physical Christmas cards this year. Instead, we chose to make a bigger impact. For every member of HQ, we donated a selection box to Crosshouse Hospital, helping spread a little festive joy to those who may need it most.
So while your Christmas card is digital this year, please know it comes with a whole lot of heart behind it 💝
To those of you finishing work this week we hope you enjoy some well-earned rest and festive time. And to those of you who keep everything running over Christmas whether in shops, the NHS, ambulances, police, fire service, or any role that keeps us safe, healthy, and well fed we are incredibly grateful for you.
We truly hope you’re able to find a little downtime too.
Wishing you a lovely end to the week, a great weekend, and if we don’t see you before then, a very Merry Christmas, however you choose to celebrate.
With love,
Coach Lucy & the HQ Team 🎄✨
